Introduction
MFX 610 roofing sheet making machine is constituted by the main machine, a set of curving machine and a set of seaming machine. Its parameters are as follows:
1. Maximum width of raw material is 914 mm. The effective width is 610 mm.
2. Available metal sheets are in thickness of 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm.
3. It has 17 roll stations.
4. Rollers are made from 45 # forge steel. They are polished and coated with chrome.
5. Main shaft also adopts 45 # forge steel, its diameter is 80 mm.
6. In MFX 610 no-girder roofing sheet making machine, rolling speed ranges from 12 m/min to 15 m/min.
7. The main power is 7.5 KW, and the hydraulic station power is 4 KW. The hydraulic pressure is 12 Mpa.
8. It is controlled by Panasonic PLC system.
9. SKD11 steel is applied in manufacturing the cutters of this roofing sheet making machine.
10. Driving way is through single row of chain (1.5 inch).
